to clarify: We will be ready in July to post for bookings and advertise - Plan to be mostly ready with construction in August - first check in for commercial operations possible from mid September. We plan to have the housewarming pool party on Akin's Birthday: 7th of August. Private guest check in and trial living should be possible in August.
