Just 10 Days Into Construction
I'm very happy with the process of our construction project.
It was just 10 days ago that we agreed with a team of local workers for the basic construction and immediately started with measurement for excavation.
Today all iron work for footings and for all posts for both 2-storey houses is done and they are pouring the cement into the footings at the moment (to be finished by today).
Joy is doing a very professional and effective work as "constructor", coordinating workers and supply of construction material as well as (especially) controlling costs. Our engineer friend Khun Sanguan is an "angel" for providing a lot of valuable advice.
